1-Year Limited Warranty

HitchStyle.com – a division of VRTXi Inc.

Effective Date: September 30th 2025

This 1-Year Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to all HitchStyle products purchased directly from HitchStyle.com or from authorized retailers in Canada or the United States of America.

What Is Covered

HitchStyle warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).

What Is Not Covered

This Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, aging, fading, or cosmetic changes.
• Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, or modification.
• Exposure to extreme conditions outside normal environmental use (e.g., fire, chemicals, collision, or acts of nature).
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or third parties not approved by HitchStyle.
• Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of use.

Remedies

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the Warranty Period, HitchStyle will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective product; or
• Replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product; or
• Refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective product.

The remedy provided is the sole and exclusive remedy under this Warranty.

How to Make a Claim

To file a warranty claim, you must:

1. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2. Contact HitchStyle at support@hitchstyle.com within the Warranty Period.
3. Return the product to HitchStyle if requested, at the customer’s expense, to the address provided by our support team.

Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HitchStyle, its parent company VRTXi Inc., affiliates, directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for:

• Any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the product;
• Any incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by province (Canada) or state (U.S.). Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law

This Warranty and any disputes arising under it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. For customers located in the United States, this Warranty is also enforceable under applicable U.S. federal and state laws, to the extent permitted.
