• After 15 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• All parts, accessories, and documentation must be included.
• The product must be in unused and resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Process

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or error on our part.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent, HitchStyle will cover return shipping expenses.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom or personalized products.
• Items not purchased directly from HitchStyle.com or an authorized retailer.
• Products returned without original packaging or missing parts.
